Vision
We are all leaders, of ourselves, of others, of projects, of orgnizations or companies.
Mindful leadership leads to self-knowledge and helps balance the important aspects of life. If transferred into the corporate and professional environment, this results in balanced and successful undertakings, with highly motivated, effective and innovative people.
Companies, governments and orgnizations are at high risk when power, money and recognition become the main motivations of their managers. Serious problems arise when leaders have the necessity to appear perfect, without capacity to recognize errors or weakness. Extreme examples of the latter are the CEOīs and executives of the failed companies of Wall Street, the executives responsible of the recent oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, or those responsible for safety in Fukushima. Their actions cause almost irreversible dammage to their companies, the economy, and the environment. These could have been avoided, or damage could have been limited.
Intentional awareness opens doors to new possibilities, it brings us to the here and now. It invites us to fully live the present. This is a solid way to increase our capacity to work with challenges and opportunities. We improve our communication and eliminate blockages. As a result, there is increased motivation, efficiency, creativity, innovation, and therefore productivity and satisfaction.

To offer leadership development programs for individuals, groups and organizations towards a sustainable economic, organizational, societal and ecological success.
To plant, promote and cultivate balanced and mindful leadership styles and communication as a state of awareness and full attention, where emotional, interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence are potentiated, and which results in trust, respect, collabotration and well-being for people and their organizations.
To contribute to make this a better world, for humans, for horses, and for every being with which we share this planet.
